Manage Your Goodshuffle Pro Account Information

Learn how to update your personal details, change your password, and add a profile photo in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Your basic information—such as name, email, phone number, and time zone—will automatically populate based on what you entered when starting your trial. The time zone is based on your computer’s settings.

Change Your Password

To update your password:

  1. Go to Account > My Account > Security.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

  4. Click Save.

Locked out? Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and we’ll walk you through creating a new one.

How can I reset my Password?

If you can't remember your password, go to pro.goodshuffle.com, click “Login,” then select “Forgot Password?”

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Goodshuffle Pro account.

  2. Click “Email Link.”

  3. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.


🔎 Not seeing the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder, just in case it was filtered.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address—it must match the one associated with your Goodshuffle Pro account.

If you still don't receive the email after a few minutes, try re-entering your email and double-checking for any typos.


Upload a Profile Photo

To personalize your account:

  • Click on the Profile Photo section.

  • Drag and drop or upload an image.

  • Use the built-in editor to add frames, stickers, captions, and more.
