How Can I Add a Credit Card Authorization Form to My Projects?

Learn how to include a Credit Card Authorization form in your project quotes using Terms & Conditions.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you want to keep a credit card on file—for example, in case items are lost or damaged—you can include a Credit Card Authorization form in your Terms & Conditions. This way, clients receive the form automatically when they receive their quote.

Add the Form to Terms & Conditions

To include the form:

  1. Upload your Credit Card Authorization form as part of your Terms & Conditions.

  2. This ensures it is included with every quote you send.

  3. Clients can download, fill out, and return the form to you directly.

Store the Form

Once you receive the signed form:

Capture Payment

Once the form is on file, you can manually charge the card by going to the project’s “Billing” tab.

⚠️ We strongly recommend notifying your clients before capturing any payment.
