This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Let’s say you’ve got a document that you always want to include with your projects (such as assembly instructions, cleaning details, and so on). Here’s how you can attach a link to that document.

Step 1: Upload the File

First, load the document into your Files section.

Step 2: Copy the File Link

Click the “View and Print” button next to your uploaded file.

Then, copy the URL from the top of your browser—this is the direct link to the file.

Step 3: Add the Link to Your Terms Template

Head into your Terms and Conditions, select your template, and paste the link where you'd like it to appear. You can insert it as a clickable URL or hyperlink it in your text.

Click “Save Terms & Conditions” when you're done.

Now, when a client receives their quote or contract, they’ll be able to click the link and access your file directly!
