You can analyze where your most profitable projects are coming from by exporting your Project List and building a Pivot Table in Google Sheets. This helps you see which cities, venues, or zip codes are generating the most revenue—so you can make smarter marketing and sales decisions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Set your column columns
    Make sure your Project List includes columns like Venue, Contract Total, or other relevant data points. (Guide)

  2. Export your Project List
    Set the date range for your report, then export the list as a CSV file. (Guide)

  3. Open the CSV in Google Sheets
    Import your exported file into Google Sheets or Excel.

  4. Create your Pivot Table
    Follow the steps in the video to build a Pivot Table that summarizes your data by City, Zip Code, or any other field.
