How to Link a Company and Its Employees

Keep your directory organized by associating employee contacts with their company profile.

Linking contacts to a company in your Directory makes it easier to manage communication, billing, and reporting. Here’s how to do it in just a few clicks.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the “Directory” tab on your dashboard.

  2. Scroll or search to find the company profile you want to update.

  3. Click the company name to open its details.

  4. Select the “Contacts” tab in the pop-up.

  5. Search for the contact’s name and select it when it appears.

  6. That’s it! The contact is now linked to the company profile.

Managing Linked Contacts

  • You can link multiple contacts to one company profile.

  • To remove a contact, click the orange trash icon next to their name.

This ensures accurate tracking across projects and communications with the organization.
