How Can I See How Often We Deliver to a Venue?

Here’s how you can see which venues or locations you’re delivering to most frequently.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your “Projects” page.

  2. Click “Edit Columns” to add “Venue” as a Custom Column.

    • You'll find “Venue” under the “Event Information” section.

    • You can also drag and drop the Venue column to adjust its position in your view.

  3. Click “Update Columns” to apply your changes.

  4. Use filters to narrow your results if needed:

    • Filter by Start Date, Sales Lead, Due Balances, etc.

  5. Select all visible projects by clicking the checkbox at the top.

  6. Click the Download icon and select “Project List – Visible Columns.”

  7. Open the Excel file and sort or filter by the “Venue” column to see how often you deliver to each location.

This is a great way to spot repeat venues and plan your operations more efficiently!

Note that Goodshuffle Pro Lite Plans can only export Contracts (signed and unsigned) from the Project List. You must upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard to export other files.
