How Can I Generate a List of All the Venues I Have Worked at Within a Specific Date Range?

Easily create a report of all the venues your company has worked with by using custom columns and date filters in your Project List.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you want to see all the venues you’ve worked at within a certain timeframe—for example, for marketing outreach or tracking repeat business—you can generate this list directly from your Project List.

Step 1: Filter by Date Range

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Use the date filter on the left-hand side to select your desired timeframe.

Step 2: Add the Venue Column

  1. Click “Edit Columns” in the top-right corner of your Project List.

  2. Under Event Information, check the box for “Venue.”

  3. Click Update Columns.

You’ll now see a Venue column showing the addresses of all venues for projects in your list.

Step 3: Download the Report

To export this list:

  1. Click the checkbox to select all projects.

  2. Click the download icon in the top-right of your Project List.

  3. Choose PDF or Excel format to export the data.

  4. Click Email Files.
