This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When you send a quote, invoice, or message from Goodshuffle Pro, the system generates the message using a Goodshuffle-owned sender address. This ensures reliable delivery and proper tracking.

What Address Will Clients See?

Emails will be sent from:
[email protected]

This ensures reliable delivery and helps protect your domain from spam or spoofing issues.

Example of What the Client Sees

Clients receive a branded email message that includes:

  • The name of the sender (Sales Lead or Project Owner)

  • A clear reply-to option that will route back into Goodshuffle Pro

  • Branding with your company name and logo

Where Do Replies Go?

If a client replies to the email:

  1. Goodshuffle Pro will BCC you on the message and also route their reply to the “Messages” tab within the specific project.

  2. You’ll also receive the reply at your “Sales Lead” email address and any other Sales Users assigned to that project.

3. An email will be sent to the Sales Leads email address (and any other Sales Users added to the project) notifying you of the message.

Where to View Client Replies

You can view these replies directly within:

  • The Client Messages section of the project

  • Your email inbox (if you’re assigned to the project as a Sales Lead or Team Member)

This helps ensure no client message goes unanswered, even if it starts from an automated system email.
