When you send a quote, invoice, or message from Goodshuffle Pro a system generated email your company name will appear to the recipient in the 'From' field.
The email address used will be [email protected].
This email will ensure that if the client replies to the email two things will happen:
1 - Goodshuffle Pro will be BCC'd in their reply and add their reply to the 'Messages' Tab...
... And the Client Chat Messages section of that project.
2 - An email will be sent to the Sales Leads email address (and any other Sales Users added to the project) notifying you of the message.
