Let's say you have a teammate who is no longer working with you, and you want to replace them on the seat on your account.

First, head to your Subscriptions tab. Then, click the three dots to the right of the user's name, select 'Remove from Seat', and click 'Confirm'.

Next, scroll up to the top of the page and select "Invite Teammate" in the empty user seat. You will have the option to add your new teammate's email address and any additional seats. Goodshuffle Pro will always show you the unused seats you purchased first.

Finally, your new user will receive an email inviting them to your company. They'll then be able to add their contact information and set their password.
