How Can I Change the User on a Seat?

Here's how you can remove a user from a seat and invite your new user.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Let's say you have a teammate who is no longer working with you, and you want to replace them on the seat on your account.

First, head to your Subscriptions tab. Then, click the three dots to the right of the user's name, select 'Remove from Seat', and click 'Confirm':

Next, scroll up to the top of the page under the "Team Management" section and select "Invite Teammate" in the empty user seat. You will have the option to add your new teammate's email address and any additional seats. Goodshuffle Pro will always show you the unused seats you purchased first. If you need to upgrade a Limited User seat to a Full User seat, navigate to the subscription management area, select the Limited User seat, and choose the upgrade option. Note that the free Limited User seat that comes with Standard plan accounts cannot be upgraded to a Full User seat.

Finally, your new user will receive an email inviting them to your company. They'll then be able to add their contact information and set their password. For additional seat management scenarios, such as adding new Full User seats or resolving allocation issues, refer to the subscription management area for detailed options.
