Understanding who can access and view routes in Goodshuffle Pro is key to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring team members have the information they need. Here's an overview of how route visibility is determined:

Create or Modify Routes

  • Account Owners, Admins, and Full Users can:

    • Create or modify routes.

    • Add notes in the My Routes section.

    • Control the Route Planning Timeline.

Route Planning Timeline View

  • Account Owners, Admins, and Full Users can view routes in the Route Planning Timeline View.

My Routes View

  • Full Users:

    • Full users have access to view all routes in the My Routes section.

  • Limited Users:

    • Limited users can only view routes they’ve been specifically assigned to as a driver.

By understanding these distinctions, you can ensure the right users have access to the route information they need while maintaining control over sensitive logistics details.
