To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Goodshuffle Pro gives you flexibility in how you accept payments. If you’d prefer not to offer online payments through Stripe (including credit cards, ACH/eCheck, or Affirm), you can turn them off either:

  • Globally for all new projects

  • Individually for specific projects

Disable Online Payments for All Future Projects

To turn off online payments across your entire account:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Account > Company.

  2. Click the Settings tab at the top.

  3. Scroll to the Billing Settings section.

  4. Toggle off any of the following:

    • Allow online credit card payments

    • Allow online ACH/E-Check payments

    • Allow Buy Now, Pay Later payments (via Affirm)

Turning these off removes those payment methods from all new quotes, invoices, and contracts.

Disable Online Payments on a Single Project

If you only want to remove payment options for one specific project:

  1. Open the desired project.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

  3. In the Project Settings modal, go to Billing Settings.

  4. Uncheck any payment methods you want to disable:

    • Allow online credit card payments

    • Allow online ACH/E-Check payments

    • Allow Buy Now, Pay Later payments (via Affirm)

Use this when you want to restrict certain payment methods for just one client or event.
