This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can add internal notes to a client’s profile to help your team remember key details like preferences, unpaid balances, VIP status, or other helpful context.

Where to Add Client Notes

When you're creating or editing a client in Goodshuffle Pro:

  1. Navigate to the Directory.

  2. Search for a Client.

  3. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the contact file to edit it.

  4. Scroll to the section labeled “Notes.”

  5. Enter any information you want your team to see about this client.

📌 Important: These notes are internal-only and are never visible to the client.

Example Use Cases

  • "This client prefers drop-offs before noon."

  • "Balance from previous event still unpaid—follow up before booking."

  • "Always requests black folding chairs."

Adding notes helps your team stay aligned and provide great service—even if someone else picks up the conversation.
