This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If a client receives an account credit and you'd like to document it for future reference, you can add a note to their profile.

📌 Note: This method does not apply a formal account credit in the system—it’s simply an internal reminder visible to your team.

How to Record an Account Credit

  1. From any project, click on the client’s name to open their profile.

  2. In the top right corner of the profile, click the pencil icon to edit.

  3. Scroll to the “Notes” section.

  4. Add a note such as:
“Client has a $50 credit from canceled event on 10/15/25.”

  5. Click “Save.”

Now, this note will be visible any time someone views the client’s profile.
