How to See Client Phone Numbers in Your Project List

Learn how to add the “Client Phone” column to your Project List so you can quickly access contact numbers.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Need to view client phone numbers without opening each project individually? You can easily display them directly in your Project List with a custom column.

Steps to Add the Client Phone Column

  1. From the Project List, click “Edit Columns” in the top-right corner of the table.

  2. In the column selection panel, scroll to the Client Information section.

  3. Check the box for “Client Phone.”

  4. Click Update Columns to apply the change.

View and Export the Data

Once added, your Project List will now include a Client Phone column next to each project, showing the primary contact number.

Don’t Forget!

Be sure to include this column in your project list download for full visibility when sharing offline or with your team.
