Where Can I Add a Second Phone Number for a Client?

Here's how to add a second phone number from your client's profile in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can store a mobile and work phone number for a client by editing their contact profile.

Add a Second Number in the Client Profile

  1. Go to the Directory tab from your left-hand menu.

  2. Search for and click on your client’s name.

  3. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner.

  4. Enter a number into either or both fields:

    • Mobile

    • Work

  5. Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom to apply your changes.

Once saved, both numbers will appear on the client’s profile and be available for reference during communication or project creation.
