This feature is available on Goodshuffle Pro Standard and above.
The Set Asides list view gives you a centralized dashboard of all active inventory set asides, whether items are marked as damaged, lost, or stolen. This view is designed to streamline inventory management and help you take action quickly.
What Information Is Available in the List?
Each row in the Set Asides list view gives you high-level information about a specific set aside entry:
Here’s what you’ll see:
Item photo and name – Helps quickly identify what was set aside.
Quantity (QTY) – Number of units marked as set aside.
Reason – Whether the item was marked as Damaged, Lost, or Stolen
Project name (if applicable) – The project associated with the item set aside.
Created date – When the set aside was logged.
User – Who logged the set aside.
Edit a Set Aside – Click the pencil icon next to the set aside you want to update. You can change the reason and notes, but the quantity cannot be edited. To adjust quantity, you'll need to resolve the set aside and create a new one if needed.
Resolve – Click “Resolve” to update the set aside status with notes or inventory changes. (Learn more)
What Can I Filter or Sort?
Use the filters on the left-hand panel to narrow down what you see.
Available Filters:
Item name or Project ID – Search specific terms.
Set Aside Reason – Choose from “Damaged,” “Lost,” or “Stolen.”
Creation Date – Filter by preset date ranges or set a custom range.
Category – View only set asides within a certain inventory category (e.g. Furniture, Decor).
You can also sort by date (Newest or Oldest first) using the dropdown at the top of the page.
