This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you'd like to track which projects caused damage to an item (or otherwise required it to be set aside), you can quickly find this in the item's details.

View Set Asides for an Item

  1. Go to the “Inventory” tab in Goodshuffle Pro.

  2. Click the name of the item you’re interested in.

  3. In the item detail panel, scroll down to the “Set Aside” section.

Here, you’ll see all projects where this item has been marked as a set aside, including the date and any notes entered by your team.

Add a Set Aside Outside of a Project

You can also create a set aside directly from the Inventory tab if you need to mark an item for repair, inspection, or other reasons not tied to a specific event:

  1. In the “Inventory” tab, click the three dots to the right of the item name.

  2. Click the “Create Set Aside” option.

  3. Fill in the quantity, reason, and any notes.

This makes it easy to log issues even after the event has ended or outside of a project context.
