To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

When viewing an inventory item, you can see a breakdown of all Set Asides and trace them back to the specific projects they occurred on. This helps you stay accountable, track trends, and coordinate repairs or replacements.

View Set Asides Linked to Projects

To see which projects have caused damage or other Set Asides for a specific item:

  1. Go to your Inventory tab.

  2. Click the name of the item you want to investigate.

  3. Scroll to the “Set Asides” section.

  4. Click the dropdown arrow to expand the list of projects where Set Asides occurred

This will show:

  • Project names

  • Dates

  • Quantities set aside

  • Notes left during Set Aside creation

Pro Tip: Set Asides created from the Fulfillment section of a project are automatically tied to that project. This makes it easier to trace the issue back later. Creating a Set Aside directly from Inventory won't link it to a project unless one is selected.
