To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

To measure how much revenue a salesperson has brought in over a specific period, you can use filters and custom columns in your Project List. This is especially helpful for performance reviews, commissions, or just understanding team impact.

Step 1: Go to Your Project List

Navigate to the “Projects” tab in your Goodshuffle Pro dashboard.

Step 2: Set the Date Range

Use the top date filter to select your desired time period.

  • You can choose from default ranges (Next 30 days, Last 60 days, etc.).

  • Or, click the date range to select custom start and end dates for a month, quarter, or any timeframe.

Step 3: Filter by Salesperson

In the bottom-left filters:

  1. Click the “Team Member” filter.

  2. Choose the specific salesperson you want to track.

  3. Make sure the role is set to Sales Lead.

Step 4: Review the Net Paid Column

  1. Add the Net Paid Custom Column to your Projects list view.

  2. Hover over the “Net Paid” column in your project list to see how much revenue that salesperson has brought in for that period.

Pro Tip: You can also add more columns to see the breakdowns of products, services, custom items, or discounts. Learn more.
