This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You can quickly see how much revenue you’ve made in a given month by applying filters and adding revenue columns to your Project List.
1. Go to Your Project List
From the left-hand navigation, click “Projects.”
2. Filter by Specific Dates
At the top of your Project List:
Click “Specific Dates.”
Enter the month you want to view.
Example: January 1 – January 31
3. Add Revenue Columns
Click “Edit Custom Columns” on the right side of your Project List.
Under the Sales section, add:
Contract Total
Quote Total
4. Filter by Project Status
To ensure accuracy, filter your Project List by:
Action Needed
Signed Projects
This ensures you’re only seeing projects with valid revenue.
5. Hover to See Monthly Totals
Once your filters and columns are set:
Hover over the Quote Total column header → shows the most recent totals.
Hover over the Contract Total column header → shows the last signed/approved totals.
Pro Tip: Save this filtered view as “Monthly Revenue” to quickly pull totals each month.
