How Can I See How Much I Made in a Month?

Learn how to filter your Project List and use custom columns to calculate monthly revenue in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can quickly see how much revenue you’ve made in a given month by applying filters and adding revenue columns to your Project List.

1. Go to Your Project List

From the left-hand navigation, click Projects.”

2. Filter by Specific Dates

At the top of your Project List:

  1. Click “Specific Dates.”

  2. Enter the month you want to view.

    • Example: January 1 – January 31

3. Add Revenue Columns

Click “Edit Custom Columns” on the right side of your Project List.

Under the Sales section, add:

  • Contract Total

  • Quote Total

4. Filter by Project Status

To ensure accuracy, filter your Project List by:

  • Action Needed

  • Signed Projects

This ensures you’re only seeing projects with valid revenue.

5. Hover to See Monthly Totals

Once your filters and columns are set:

  • Hover over the Quote Total column header → shows the most recent totals.

  • Hover over the Contract Total column header → shows the last signed/approved totals.

Pro Tip: Save this filtered view as “Monthly Revenue” to quickly pull totals each month.
