Step-by-Step: Calculate Your Conversion Rate
Go to your “Projects” page.
Count how many projects are in each of these stages:
“Quote Sent”
“Action Needed”
“Signed”
Add together the projects that were converted (both “Action Needed” and “Signed”):
For example: 22 Action Needed + 83 Signed = 105 converted projects
Now, calculate the total quotes sent:
Add all three stages: 31 Quote Sent + 22 Action Needed + 83 Signed = 136 total quotes
Divide converted projects by total quotes:
105 ÷ 136 = 0.77, or 77% conversion rate
Pro Tip:
Run this calculation monthly or quarterly to monitor sales team performance or seasonal trends.
