To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
A crew conflict can occur if one teammate is simultaneously scheduled across two or more routes.
If you overbooked a crew member, you can quickly resolve this from the 'Route Planner' under Dispatch. Follow the steps below to get started.
Navigate to the Route Planner
Select a date from the Route Planner Calendar. A dashed-circle icon will appear around the date to signal a conflict
Click the 'Conflicts' tab in the left-side panel to review the 'Crew conflict'
Click the red 'Crew' button on one of the routes and then remove that crew member from the route
