This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Marking an accessory as “Auto-Hide” ensures it won’t be visible—or charged—to your client on quotes or contracts. However, your team will still see the item on pull sheets and during fulfillment.

This is especially useful for:

  • Extension cords for speakers

  • Sandbags for tents

  • Other internal-use-only components

How to Enable Auto-Hide for an Accessory

  1. Go to the Inventory page.

  2. Click on the item you want to edit

  3. Navigate to the “Accessories" tab

  4. Add an Accessory.

  5. Check the box for “Auto-Hide” to hide the item from client documents.

What Clients and Your Team Will See

  • Clients will NOT see hidden accessories on their quotes or contracts.

  • Your team WILL see these accessories listed on:

    • Pull sheets

    • Fulfillment views

    • Internal documentation
