This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If your QuickBooks Online integration becomes disconnected, you can reauthorize the connection in just a few steps.
Step 1: Go to the Integrations Page
Head to your Integrations tab in Account Settings.
Step 2: Click “Connect to QuickBooks”
In the top right corner of the page, click the button that says “Connect to QuickBooks.”
This will launch a secure QuickBooks Online login window and restore the connection between your accounts.
What Happens Next?
Once reconnected, your data will continue syncing as expected. If you continue to experience issues, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration, or contact our support team.
