How to Sync a Project Created Before Enabling the QuickBooks Online Integration

Learn how to manually sync projects signed before enabling your QuickBooks Online integration in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

By default, QuickBooks Online will only sync projects that are signed or marked as signed after your integration is activated.

This prevents duplicate entries by not automatically syncing older projects.

However, you can manually sync an older project by following these steps:


1. Open the Project

Navigate to the project you want to sync within Goodshuffle Pro.


2. Click the “Sync” Icon

In the upper-right corner of the project screen, click the “Sync” icon.


3. Enable Auto Sync

Toggle the “Auto Sync” switch to “On.”
This ensures that any future updates to the project will continue syncing.


4. Click the Sync Button

Click the “Sync” button to push the current project to QuickBooks Online.

That’s it! The project and any future changes will now sync with QuickBooks Online.
