How Can I Create a Project in QuickBooks Online for an Invoice Synced From Goodshuffle Pro?

Projects in QuickBooks Online are the perfect way to track expenses on an event. You can learn more about Projects in QuickBooks Online's support library.

To add an Invoice that from Goodshuffle Pro, you'll first need the project to sync and create the Invoice in QuickBooks Online. This'll happen automatically when the project is signed or marked as signed from Goodshuffle Pro.

Next, in Projects in QuickBooks Online, create a New Project and add the same Customer to the Project.

Then, back in the Invoice, change the Customer to the Project underneath the Customer.

You'll now see the Invoice applied to the Project in QuickBooks Online!
