Did your customer pay with an ACH payment?
ACH payments take 3-5 business days to clear and will appear as ‘Pending’. Here is an article on accepting ACH/E-Check Payments.
You can see which Method of Payment they used (Credit Card or ACH) from the Billing Tab of the Project.
When the client has paid a final balance for a project through ACH, the project will show as 'Pending' while the funds are processing.
