If you see a Yellow Bar at the top of your screen, that means our Payment Processor, Stripe, requires additional information from your account to send Transfers to your bank.

Did your customer pay with an ACH payment?
ACH payments take 3-5 business days to clear and will appear as "Pending". Here is an article on accepting ACH/E-Check Payments.
You can see which Method of Payment they used (Credit Card or ACH) from the Project's Billing tab.
When the client has paid a final balance for a project through ACH, the project will show as 'Pending' while the funds are processing.
