To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
Account Owners can upgrade a Full User to an Admin directly from the “Subscriptions” tab.''
Follow These Steps
Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab in your Account Settings.
Click the three dots to the right of the Full User you'd like to upgrade.
Select “Promote Role to Admin.”
Click “Confirm.”
The user will now have Admin privileges. They may need to refresh their screen to see the changes.
Admins have the exact same access as the Account Owner, i.e., they can access reports, account settings, and subscriptions. They'll also receive notifications when Payouts are heading to your bank. The only thing an Admin cannot do is change banking information or generate new 2FA Backup Codes (learn more here).
