Sometimes, you need to charge an additional fee for part of a contract but not the whole thing. This function is similar to creating a Discount, but instead applies a fee.

To begin, you will need to create a "General Service". Configure the service in a way that makes sense for your fee, and select the "Percent of Line Item Group" pricing structure. Please note, you can choose to exclude Services, Logistics, and Items (Products, Packages & Pools) when you create this Service. Click "Create" then finish completing your Service and click "Save".

Next, go to the project and line item group to which you’d like to apply the fee, then click

"Add Inventory Item".

Select "Services", then search for or scroll down to your fee (I named mine "Outdoor Fee”). Click "Add".

Your fee is now applied to your line item group! This is what it will look like:
