This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When creating/editing your items, you can always remove the tax from the item at the bottom of your screen by unchecking the box next to it:
Also, when setting your tax types (learn more here) from your account settings, you can select if you want it to auto-apply to Products, Services, etc. This will apply to items created moving forward.
