There are a number of resources available to you in your Goodshuffle Pro account that you may find useful when compiling evidence to submit to the bank responsible for the dispute. Make sure you reference our Formatting documents and images to upload for disputes article to ensure your files are prepared in the best method possible.

Remember, only one file can be added for each evidence category. If you have multiple images/files/pages etc that make up that body of evidence you will need to combine them into a single file.

Customer Communication

Purpose: evidence to prove a link between the person receiving products and the cardholder, proving that the cardholder disputing the transaction is using the service, or that the customer has withdrawn the dispute with their bank (typically a withdrawal letter from the customer's bank).
