This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you or your client are reading a new email in a thread and the subject line has been changed, you may no longer see the project name in the subject.

However, the Project Information will always appear at the bottom of the email, ensuring you know which project the message refers to—no matter how the subject line was edited.

This is especially helpful when:

  • Clients reply to an older message and change the subject.

  • You're reviewing multiple email threads.

  • You want quick access to the project name and client without searching in Goodshuffle Pro.
