What do I do if I accidentally scan the wrong item?

Here is how you can use the Mobile Fulfillment page to cancel a scan for an incorrect item or items.

You can quickly cancel a scan from the mobile Fulfillment home page by,

  1. Clicking 'Review Scan'

  2. Then click 'Cancel'

    1. If you scanned multiple items, click the left or right arrow to locate the item scan you want to cancel. Then return to scanning by clicking 'Collapse'

  3. Check the Digital Pull Sheet to ensure the scans and quantities per Fulfillment Status match
