How to Set Up a New Brand in Goodshuffle Pro

Learn how to create and manage multiple Brands in Goodshuffle Pro to customize client-facing communications for each of your store locations.

Written by Sierra Burton

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Account Owners and Admins can create and manage multiple Brands after purchasing the Advanced Sales & Marketing Add-on.

From the "Branding & Styles" settings, each Brand needs to be assigned to a store location, so client-facing communications automatically reflect the right look and feel. It's also important to assign a brand to a store location so you can choose that store/brand within projects.

How to Create a Brand and Add Your Logo

This is Step 1 of setting up a brand in Goodshuffle Pro: creating the brand and giving it a logo, colors, and identity. Step 2, assigning this brand to a location, is covered at the end.

Step 1: Create the brand

  1. In the left navigation, go to Account, then Company.

  2. Scroll to the Brands section.

  3. Click + Add Brand in the top right of that section. The Create Brand window opens.

Step 2: Name the brand

In the Business Name field, type the name of your brand (for example, "Events by Fin"). This is the name that will appear on quotes, contracts, and other client-facing documents for this brand.

Step 3: Add your logo

You have two ways to add a logo to the upload box:

  • Click Upload Company Logo to browse and pull an image from your device files.

  • Or drag and drop an image file directly into the upload box, as shown in the GIF example.

Once the image loads, the Edit Image window opens so you can crop, rotate, or reposition the logo. Adjust it as needed, then click Apply Changes. You will see a confirmation that the image edit was successful. If you want to start over, click Edit to reopen the editor or Remove to clear the image.

Step 4: Choose your brand colors

After the logo uploads, Goodshuffle Pro automatically suggests brand color and text color options pulled from your image. You can:

  • Click one of the suggested color swatches next to Brand Color and Text Color, or

  • Click the color wheel to pick your own custom color, or type a hex value directly into the field.

Choose colors with strong contrast so text stays readable when printed. The Sample Template preview on the right updates live so you can see how your logo and colors will look on quotes and contracts.

Step 5: Add a website domain (optional)

If this brand has its own website, check This Brand has its own website domain and enter the domain in the field that appears.

Step 6: Confirm

Click Confirm to save. Your new brand now appears in the Brands section with its logo, colors, and identity preview.

That completes Step 1. The next step is to assign this brand to a location.

On the brand card, look under Website Integration Support; you will see Step 1 (set up a domain) marked complete and Step 2 (link this brand to at least one associated location) still open.

Step 2: Assign the Brand to a Location

Once you have created a brand (or if you already have one set up), the next step is to link it to a location. There are two ways to do this.

Method 1: Edit an existing location

Use this if the location is already entered in your account.

  1. In the left navigation, go to Account, then Company, and scroll to the Locations section.

  2. Find the location you want to link and click the ... menu on that location card.

  3. Select Edit Location. The Edit Physical address window opens.

  4. Scroll to the Associated Brand section and select the brand you want, for example "Events by Fin."

  5. Click Save Changes.

The location is now linked to that brand.

Method 2: Add a new location from the brand card

Use this if the location is not entered yet. You can start from either the brand card or the Locations section.

  1. On the brand card, under Associated Location(s), click + Add New Location. You can also use + Add New Location at the top of the Locations section below.

  2. In the Add Location window, choose Physical address. (Mailing addresses can only be added to the primary brand.)

  3. Enter the location details, including the name and physical address.

  4. Confirm the brand is set under Associated Brand, then click Save Changes.

Adding the location this way links it to the brand automatically.

Confirming the link

Once at least one location is linked, the brand card's Website Integration Support section updates. Step 2, "Link this Brand to at least 1 Associated Location," is marked complete, and the linked location appears under Associated Location(s).

💡 Pro Tip: Each store location supports one Brand — it's a 1-to-1 relationship. You can see which Brand is assigned to each location at a glance from the "Locations" tab in your "Company" settings.

Need to make changes to an existing brand? Simply select Edit Brand and then save those changes.

If you no longer need a specific brand, click the three action dots at the top right of the brand and click Delete Brand. You will then be prompted to confirm that you want to delete this brand and reassign Store Locations to your Primary Brand.
