With Multi-Brand Support, you can create a unique email signature for each Brand in your account. When a message is sent from a project tied to a specific Brand's store location, the correct signature is applied automatically.
How to Create a Brand-Specific Email Signature from your Messages Settings
To create a brand-specific email signature:
Click Messages and then select "Settings".
Navigate to "Email Signatures."
Find the brand and click "Edit Signature" to update the email signature.
Enter your signature content — name, image, title, contact info, social links, etc.
Click "Save."
Repeat for each Brand in your account.
How to Create a Brand-Specific Email Signature from your Brand Settings in your Account Settings
Click Company under your Account Settings and then select Branding & Styles.
Find the brand and click "Email Signatures" under its Email Signature section.
Enter your signature content — name, image, title, contact info, social links, etc.
Click "Save."
What happens on a project: When you compose a message on a project, Goodshuffle Pro will automatically use the signature associated with that project's Brand.
💡 Pro Tip: You can create multiple signatures per Brand by purchasing the Advanced Sales & Marketing Add-On — useful if different team members send communications on behalf of the same Brand. Each user can select their preferred signature when composing.
