This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you run more than one Brand and use the Website Integration, each Brand can have its own public browser key. That means a separate Brand website can show that Brand's inventory and route quote requests to the right place, all from one Goodshuffle Pro account.
Only Account Owners and Admins can manage Brands and their keys. You'll first need both Advanced Sales & Marketing and the Website Integration active.
Step 1: Add a Website to Your Brand
Click Account, select Company, and go to Branding & Styles.
Click + Add Brand if you haven't added a secondary brand yet. Learn how to create a new Brand here.
Click Edit Brand if you already added a secondary brand to add or edit a business website. Each Brand's website needs to be unique.
Confirm your changes.
If this brand is linked to existing projects, you'll see a window labeled "Apply Brand Changes to Projects" that lists project statuses to uncheck as needed.
Click "Update X Projects" to confirm or "Skip for Now" if you want the logo and branding on those projects untouched.
Note that you cannot edit the website for your Primary Brand. You can only edit the website for secondary and additional brands.
Step 2: Set Up the Brand's Public Key
Once a Brand has a website, you can generate a public browser key for it. You'll find the key on that Brand's card, ready to copy into your website's integration code.
Cycling a Key
Need a fresh key for a Brand? You can cycle it any time. The old key stops working right away, so be sure to update your website with the new one. Cycling a key doesn't change anything else about your Brand.
Good to Know
Each key is unique, so two Brands can't share the same one.
Quote requests that come in from a Brand's website are routed to the store location that serves that Brand.
If you remove a Brand's website, delete the Brand, or deactivate Advanced Sales & Marketing or the Website Integration, that Brand's key stops working and its site will no longer pull inventory.
💡 Reminder: The Website Integration lets clients browse your inventory and submit quote requests. It doesn't take bookings or payments directly.
