This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you want to check which tents are booked and when, here’s how to filter for just that.
Step 1: Filter by Category
Navigate to the “Inventory” tab.
Use the Category filter to find “Tents” and choose a subcategory such as "Tents & Canopies".
Step 2: Add a Date Range
In the top right corner, use the date range filter to specify the timeframe you want to check.
Step 3: View Usage
Look at the “Qty Booked” custom column to see how many of each tent is booked during your selected timeframe.
If you don’t already see the “Qty Booked” column:
Click “Manage Layout”.
Scroll to the “Usage & Revenue” section.
Check the box next to “Qty Booked”.
Drag and drop it to place the column where you’d like in your view.
💡 Pro Tip: Click the “Qty Booked” column header to sort items from most to least booked.
