This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you're looking to analyze how many items you have in stock across a specific inventory category or subcategory, you can use the Quantity Posted column and filter tools in Goodshuffle Pro. This helps with planning, ordering, or preparing for busy event seasons.
Step-by-Step Instructions
From your left-hand menu, click Inventory, then select Inventory List.
In the top-right corner, click the Manage Layout to open your Inventory Custom Column options.
Under Manage Layout, search for or scroll to find the QTY Posted column.
Check the box next to QTY Posted to add it to your inventory view.
Close the layout manager.
Use the Filters at the top-left to select your desired Category or Subcategory.
Once your list is filtered, scroll to the bottom of the QTY Posted column to see the total quantity for the selected inventory group.
💡 You can also export this view by clicking the Export icon at the top and summing the values in a spreadsheet.
Pro Tip
You can repeat this process for different subcategories or tag groups to keep tabs on inventory availability and planning.
