This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When you're working with packages in Goodshuffle Pro, the system calculates how many complete packages you can fulfill at one time—based on the availability of each component (a.k.a. Content) item in the package.

How Package Quantities Are Calculated

Each package shows the maximum number of completed packages you can fulfill without causing inventory conflicts. This is determined by:

  • The quantity of each item required to build the package.

  • The quantity of those items currently available in your inventory.

Example Scenarios

Let’s say you have a package that includes:

  • 5 Poles

  • 1 Canopy

Scenario 1:

  • You have 10 poles and 1 canopy.

  • ✅ You can create 1 complete package.

Scenario 2:

  • You have 10 poles and 2 canopies.

  • ✅ You can create 2 complete packages.

Another Example: Tent A Package

Components:

  • 1 of Fitting A → 3 in stock

  • 4 of Pole A → 8 in stock

Even though you have 3 of Fitting A, you’re limited by the poles.

  • Since 4 poles are needed per package, and you only have 8 total,

  • ✅ You can create 2 Tent A packages before causing a conflict.

So, Tent A's quantity will display as 2 in your system.
