Goodshuffle Pro makes it easy to offer Event Insurance through our partnership with ViCoverage. You can control exactly who sees the option to purchase insurance during checkout.
By default, insurance is available to all clients at the "Pay" step in their Client View. However, you can hide the insurance offer on a project-by-project basis.
To Offer Insurance on a Project:
If you want your client to see the insurance option, just leave the default setting as-is. No extra steps are required!
Your client will be able to:
Review insurance coverage at checkout
Choose whether to add it to their project

To Hide Insurance from a Client:
You can disable the insurance option from the Project Settings:
Open the project.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open Project Settings.
Uncheck the box labeled: “Display insurance offers by default”
Click Save.
Once disabled:
The insurance section will no longer appear in the Client View.
Your client won’t be offered coverage during checkout.
You will not be listed as “Additionally Insured.”
Note: This setting only applies to the current project. You can customize this per project as needed.
