This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Goodshuffle Pro makes it easy to manage all your project-related communication right from within the project view.

Getting Started

  1. Open the project you want to communicate about.

  2. Click the Messages tab in the upper-right corner.

Client vs. Team Messages

You’ll have two messaging options:

  • Client tab: Send emails to your client or event contact(s).

  • Team tab: Keep internal notes or conversations with teammates—these are not visible to clients.

Each message thread is private to its selected recipients. For example, you can send one message to the wedding planner and another to the accounting contact without either seeing the other.

Editing and Formatting Your Message

Use the toolbar above the message box to:

  • Format text (bold, italic, bullets)

  • Add links or attachments

  • Customize subject lines
