Click on the “Messages” button in the top right hand of a project to send a message to your team or to your client.
Client Messages - Client messages are sent to the email address on file, and responses received will display in the messages tab in addition to your email, making it easy to keep track of all communication with the client.
When the client receives the message, it will display with your logo and contact information, to maintain professionalism and branding. You can use the client messaging feature to send a quick note, or to send documents or inventory photos via the upload button or drag and drop.
Team Messages - Team messages are sent to all users assigned to the project, and are only visible to team members assigned to the project. These messages go to both their email as well as to their messages folder in Goodshuffle Pro. Team messages can be tracked in both the individual project view (pictured above) as well as through the Messages page, which aggregates all your Goodshuffle Pro messages.
