How to Message Your Team & Clients

Track conversations with clients and teammates per project. Send messages, photos, files, and more.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Click on the “Messages” button in the top-right corner of any project to send a message to your team or to your client.

Client Messages

Client messages are sent to the email address on file, and replies will display in both the Messages tab and in your email inbox. This makes it easy to keep a full record of communication.

When a client receives a message, it will include your logo and contact info for professionalism and brand consistency.

Use client messages to:

  • Send quick updates or reminders

  • Share documents or inventory photos via the upload button or drag-and-drop

Team Messages

Team messages are visible only to users assigned to the project. They are sent to:

  • The teammate’s email

  • Their internal messages folder in Goodshuffle Pro

Use team messages to:

  • Share internal updates, vision boards, or layout documents

  • Coordinate on project-specific tasks without looping in the client
