If you're working with a wedding planner who needs to review the quote, but someone else is the official client, you can send a message directly to the planner from within your project.
Send the Quote to the Planner
Open the project and click “Send to Client.”
Select an Invoice or Quote message template.
Click “Send Message.”
Swap the Recipient
Remove your client's email address.
Add the planner’s email instead.
What Happens Next?
The wedding planner will receive a private email thread.
They can reply directly to you (not the client).
All communication is saved within the project for easy tracking.
