Why Won’t My Google Calendar Integration Stay Connected?

Learn how to remove existing Google calendars so your Goodshuffle Pro integration syncs correctly.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you've tried to connect your Goodshuffle Pro account to Google Calendar but syncing isn’t working—or your integration shows as “Inactive”—follow these steps to reset the connection:

1. Check for Existing Goodshuffle Pro Calendars

Go to Google Calendar and look for any calendars already connected to Goodshuffle Pro. These appear with names like “GSP Events - ” or “GSP Logistics - ”.

If you see these, and your integration still shows as Inactive, they need to be removed before reconnecting.


2. Delete the Existing Calendars

Hover over each connected Goodshuffle Pro calendar name, then click the “X” to unsubscribe. The example below shows calendars with old Goodshuffle Pro Google Calendar names.

Be sure to remove all GSPro calendars before proceeding.


3. Reconnect Your Google Calendar

Once all old calendars are removed, follow the steps in this article to reconnect:
