How to Add Terms to Your Receipt of Goods and Services

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can include custom terms and conditions on the Receipt of Goods and Services, which clients sign to confirm receipt or fulfillment of their order. These terms are entirely optional and are not linked to payment or billing, but instead confirm that services or items were delivered as expected.

How to Edit the Receipt Terms

  1. Navigate to your Account >>Policies and Taxes.

  2. Click into the Receipt of Goods and Services section.

  3. Click the “Edit” button next to the existing language.

  4. Enter your custom terms, then save your changes.

Note: Only one version of the Receipt of Goods and Services terms can be stored at a time.
