Receipt of Goods & Services - The printed document acknowledges the actual receipt and delivery of the ordered goods described on the invoice or contract previously provided to the customer.
This document allows you to capture a signature from your client, acknowledging the delivery of the goods and confirming they were inspected with care/everything was delivered as described.
