  • Digital Signatures: Clients can conveniently sign receipts using their finger or stylus, eliminating the need for cumbersome paper contracts. With digital signatures, the process is streamlined, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

  • Seamless Accessibility: Both Full and Limited Users can effortlessly access their Receipt of Goods and Services via Google Calendar or a Pull Sheet QR code, from all devices, ensuring retrieval is a breeze.

  • Automatic Email Receipts: Once the file is signed, the client and your business both receive immediate email confirmations.

  • Customization: Full Users have the flexibility to modify the language in their Receipt of Goods and Services email templates, ensuring that communication aligns perfectly with their brand.

Where is this located in Goodshuffle Pro?

Full and Limited Users can access an Electronic Receipt of Goods and Services for a project through:

  • Google Calendar

  • Pull Sheet QR Code

  • The 'Digital' icon located between the 'Print' and 'Team' icons

Please note that users must be logged into their account to access the Electronic Receipt of Goods and Services via Google Calendar or from the Pullsheet QR Code.

How can my clients sign the Electronic Receipt of Goods and Services?

First, navigate to the Electronic Receipt of Goods and Services from the event on Google Calendar, from the Pull Sheet QR Code, or from the project. Then, scroll to the bottom of the document; your client will be able to click into the 'Signature Box' and sign using their finger or a stylus.

Your client has the option to 'Reset' their signature if they would like to correct it before clicking 'I Approve And Sign'.

You can then view the signed Electronic Receipt of Goods and Services by navigating to the 'Files' tab of the project.
