Planning for a busy weekend or high-demand season? You can check which inventory items are already reserved—and what’s still available—by using the Inventory tab with date filters.
How to Check Inventory Availability by Date Range
Go to your Inventory tab.
Enter your desired Start Date and End Date at the top of the screen.
After selecting a range, two columns will automatically appear:
In Stock — The quantity available during this range.
Max Needed — The highest quantity booked across any day in the range.
💡 Use this tool to identify potential conflicts or forecast what needs to be subrented or prepped early.
