To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

If an individual pool member has a scheduling conflict, you’ll see a conflict icon appear next to that specific item.

How to Resolve Conflicts in Pools

You have two options for resolving the conflict, depending on your workflow:

Option 1: Swap the Conflicting Pool Member

  1. Go to the project’s “Fulfillment” tab.

  2. Locate the pool member with the conflict.

  3. Click the three dots to the right of that item.

  4. Choose another available pool member (if one is available).

Option 2: Subrent the Item from the Pool Wrapper

  1. In the “Fulfillment” tab, click the three dots next to the Pool Wrapper.

  2. Select “Mark as Subrental” to subrent one or all items from the pool.
