What Happens if I Remove a User and Then Add That Same User Back?

Here’s how to re-invite a former teammate and what happens to their account history in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you have seasonal or returning employees, Goodshuffle Pro makes it easy to bring them back into your account.


Good News: Their Account Is Saved!

Goodshuffle Pro automatically saves a removed user’s profile—including:

  • Task assignments

  • Messages

  • Project history

  • Profile photo

All you need to do is re-invite them using the same email address they used before.


How to Re-Add a Removed User

  1. Go to your Subscriptions tab.

  2. Click “Invite Teammate” under an empty user seat.

  3. Enter the same email address the teammate used previously.

  4. Send the invitation and have them log in to their account.

Their previous tasks and assignments will instantly reappear once they log in!
